Dear Owners/Residents;
The association has hired a security company to patrol the grounds and monitor the pool and clubhouse area and they will be watching the property on random evenings.
Regarding the pool:
1. You will need to show your access card if asked.
2. If you do not have a card you will be asked your name and condo unit. If your name is not on his list it is either because management has no record of your lease or because you do not live at Bella Terra. Please call the office to update if you are not sure. First time you will be given a warning and the next time you will be asked to leave the pool.
3. Proper swim wear is required to be in the pool.
4. Each condo is allowed a maximum of four (4) guests at the pool at any one time. That is PER UNIT not per resident in said unit.
5. Parents, you must accompany your children to the pool if they are younger than fifteen (15).
6. Pool and fitness center close at 10 PM.
Thanks for your cooperation and the Board feels that this will benefit all who live in the community.
By the way, several residents have notified the office complaining of their newspaper being stolen. If you witness such activity, please notify the office.
